A favorite among decaf drinkers, our certified Mountain Water Process™ decaf coffee is made by using the purest drinking water available to saturate the green beans, absorbing all the flavor and caffeine. The water is then passed through a carbon filter to remove the caffeine, then the beans are resaturated with the filtered water to return the flavor. The result? Delicious, 99.9% caffeine free coffee without using ANY harsh chemicals to do so!
We've found this flavor profile of caramel, dark chocolate, and nuts to be a hit even with full-caff coffee drinkers.

Roaster's Advice: Oil begins to build up on the coffee bean at this level. We recommend thoroughly cleaning your grinder before your first order and frequently thereafter in order to avoid clogging if you enjoy darker coffees.
