If you're not looking for a "simple" coffee, Peru Cafe Capili is for you. With each and every sip, you'll find something different from this origin. This coffee is picked only at absolute ripeness, making it one of the most refreshing, vibrant, and rare coffees we have.

You'll find the flavor profile of caramel, lemon-lime, green apple, and milk chocolate with a medium body dancing on your palette long after your cup is finished. These flavors are surprisingly persistent, being most prominent between American and French roasts.

Light Roasts

Cinnamon (High floral aroma, low sweetness, very high acidity, medium body, recommended only for those that know they enjoy this roast)
American (Low sweetness, high acidity, medium body, recommended only for those that know they enjoy this roast)


Medium Roasts

City (Very balanced, medium sweetness, medium acidity, high body)
Full City (Most commonly used in restaurants, medium sweetness and acidity, high body)


Dark Roasts

Roaster's Advice: Oil begins to build up on the coffee bean at this level. We recommend thoroughly cleaning your grinder before your first order and frequently thereafter in order to avoid clogging if you enjoy darker coffees.

Vienna (Bold but balanced, high sweetness, medium acidity, very high body)
French (High sweetness and body, low acidity)
Italian (Excellent for espressos, very low acidity, medium body and sweetness)
